The CryoBeacon is an intelligent temperature and humidity data logger for the low-temperature range. It records all data internally. Its internal data can be read out either manually via the Tec4App or automatically via the SmartHub gateway.
The CryoBeacon is a multi-purpose sensor that can be used multiple times for different shipments. It comes factory-calibrated and has a battery life of more than one year. The CryoBeacon is fully IATA compliant and can easily be used on aircraft. The Tec4App for smartphones allows easy readout of all sensor data.
Each sensor has a unique ID that is printed on the label and mapped in the form of a barcode and QR code on the label. The QR code can be scanned using the Tec4App. After scanning the code with the smartphone, it connects to the CryoBeacon and automatically uploads all sensor data to the Tec4Cloud.
With a simple browser login, the data can be viewed, automatic transport reports can be generated or sent via email. The sensor comes in a black ABS housing with IP 50 protection and a membrane at the housing opening to protect against splashing water.
